Australasia’s leading transport and logistics industry publisher – Trader Business Media, is pleased to announce its appointment as the Official Media Partner for the 2011 Brisbane Truck Show.

Through its market-leading titles – Australasian Transport News (ATN), Earthmovers & Excavators, Owner/Driver and Supply Chain Review, Trader Business Media will play the lead role in promoting the event, both pre- and post-show.

This follows the announcement of the landmark move to a new fully undercover, air-conditioned world-class venue; and the decision to pursue a dedicated transport industry theme.

Under the all-encompassing agreement, Trader Business Media will be responsible for producing and distributing the Official Show Guide and Official Show Feature, the Official Show Bags and the Official Show Posters.

Trader Business Media will also have exclusive rights to distribute the Official Show Bags containing the Official Show Guide at the event, to be held May 5-8, 2011 at the world class Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Brett Wright, CEO of event organiser the Commercial Vehicle Industry Association of Queensland (CVIAQ), says the organisation has again chosen to partner with the region’s leading transport and logistics industry publisher to best achieve its goals of maximising "positive, industry leading coverage and awareness" of the show; and securing and growing attendee numbers.

"Our continuing partnership with Trader Business Media is critical to providing the maximum value and exposure for our exhibitors through comprehensive coverage and massive distribution of the Official Show Guide and Feature," Wright says.

Wright adds that the partnership with Trader Business Media will play a key role in cementing its position as the premier industry event in the Southern Hemisphere.

Trader Business Media Editor-in-Chief Graham Gardiner says the company is proud to be supporting the region’s leading industry-led event.
