Why exhibit at the Brisbane Truck Show?

The Brisbane Truck Show went on to be commended at the 2019 Australian Event Awards as the Best Corporate Event and Best Exhibition, Trade Show or Consumer Event.

Why? Here’s what some of the Australian transport industry’s leading media commentators had to say:

“The 2019 Brisbane Truck Show remains an event unequalled in size and scope for road transport in Australia.” Trailer Magazine (Prime Creative) – June 2019 – Showing the way

“The Brisbane Truck Show has had another successful staging, in fact arguably the most successful ever, depending on who you speak with.” Transport & Trucking Australia – June/July 2019 – Adventures in Brisney-land

“The Brisbane Truck Show has endured and evolved over many decades to be the single-most effective and complete showpiece of all that is good and optimistic about Australian road transport.” Australasian Transport News (ATN) 22/5/19

Exhibitor Eligibility Criteria

Heavy Vehicle Industry Australia (HVIA) has consulted widely and taken into consideration feedback received from exhibitors, industry attendees and other key stakeholders. Following this we have carefully reviewed all elements of the Brisbane Truck Show to ensure that it continues to deliver value to exhibitors and show visitors into the future.

2. Floor plan allocation

HVIA has reviewed the floor plan on all three levels of the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and in particular the ground floor in the main halls. This has been done to optimise the space available and to accommodate heavy vehicle and component manufacturers and supplier whose products require the floor loading and accessibility that the main halls offer. This may result in some exhibitors being relocated within the halls or to other levels of the show venue and/or having their previously allocated space reduced in size.

Space allocation guideline for Halls 1-4 and Great Hall

Priority will be given to:
2.1. Truck and trailer/body manufacturers and suppliers
2.2. Large and/or heavy component and equipment manufacturers and suppliers
2.3. OEM companies which supply to truck manufacturers
2.4. Major Brisbane Truck Show partners

Space allocation guideline for all other locations:

Exhibitors that meet the criteria to enter the show may be allocated exhibit space based on the following criteria with priority given to HVIA members, long term Brisbane Truck Show exhibitors and significant industry companies in the following order:

2.4. Long term exhibitors (>4 shows) who are also long term HVIA members (>10 years).
2.5. Long term exhibitors (>4 shows) who are recent members or non-members who are significant industry companies. Recent exhibitors who are long term members
