How to register
IMPORTANT PASS INFORMATION
Due to COVID-19 all attendees at the 2021 Brisbane Truck Show must be registered to attend. Follow the steps below to ensure this is done correctly which will allow for an easier experience on show days.
- Distribute your VIP and Exhibitor Passes to the end user (The end user is the person who will be utilising the pass on the show days)
- The end user will receive their ticket from you. With this ticket they will follow the prompts printed onto the tickets; an example of this is shown below.
Activate your pass
- Go to truckshow.com.au/activate
- Enter the 7 digit code located above the QR code on the ticket into the text box labeled “TICKET QR CODE”
- Follow the prompts and complete your registration
It is VERY important that you do not complete the registration on your client or staff’s behalf.
Registration is to be completed by the end user only to ensure accuracy with COVID19 compliancy.
All media representatives planning to attend the 2021 Brisbane Truck Show are now invited to apply for Media Accreditation, including photographers and videographers employed by exhibitors.
Event accreditation demonstrates to venue staff and event stakeholders that you are a legitimate member of the media covering the event. In addition, accreditation is a means of identification for attendance at particular events and allows access to some restricted areas.
The official accreditation form is to be completed by all media people wishing to attend the 2021 show. This form is for one person only, not multiple applicants. A separate form must be lodged for each person seeking media accreditation.
