What’s happening?
The Brisbane Truck Show is the largest commercial vehicle event in the Southern Hemisphere. The most recent shows have won three successive Australian Event Awards.
Around 40,000 people from across Australia and around the globe will attend the spectacular showcase of the very latest innovations in trucks, trailers and technology; wall-to-wall across all three floors of the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Australia’s innovative design, engineering and manufacturing are the envy of the world, and there has never been a better time to jump on board. Right now, the industry is going through an amazing transition towards a low-carbon future through electromobility.
We are hosting close to 2,000 students from over 50 schools to this year’s event – and your school is invited to be among them.

What you need to know
- HVIA is offering every school a grant/stipend towards the cost of transport for students and teachers to and from the show.
- School students must wear school uniforms. Entry is FREE to students.
- Teachers will receive a VIP Pass for FREE entry.
- We will contact you to schedule your school’s visit, discuss transportation grants, daily itineraries, pickup and drop-off points, contacts, and necessary permissions.
